Financial Analyst
Financial analysts are responsible for tracking a company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
- Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
- Assessing business and asset valuations.
- Monitoring market trends and investment portfolios.
- Analyzing previous investment decisions and generating key takeaways.
- Producing complex financial models for integration into decision-making processes.
- Compiling financial data into reports for other team members and stakeholders.
Financial Analyst Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics or business administration
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of finance and investing with proven analytical, modeling, and MS Office skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Excellent research and writing abilities.
- A flair for statistics and data manipulation.
- Confident presentation abilities.
- A team player who can work independently.
