The Capital City’s owned Ulaanbaatar Investment Management UCC LLC was established with 100 percent investment from the Capital City in order to engage in the activity of development in Ulaanbaatar city and the investment sector, to increase its efficiency, to establish an investment fund, to create an initial source for such funds, and to engage ininvestment management.

We will Invest in social-economically efficient medium and long-term projects in line with the General plan of Ulaanbaatar city and raise funding from local and foreign institutional investors to the managing investment funds. We have established a proper internal control, risk management, and governance system in our operation.
