ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SELECTION OF AN INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER OF “Ulaanbaatar Investment Management UCC” LLC (Owned by Capital City)

1. Must have a higher education degree.
2. Should not have shared interests with the company or represent stakeholders involved in the company’s activities (e.g., shareholders, portfolio holders, collaborators) and must not have any business connections with the company.
3. Must not have been prohibited from holding certain positions or engaging in specific activities by court decision, nor have a criminal record.
4. Should have no conflicts of interest in serving as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
5. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in financial markets and be specialized in the field.
6. Should not have held a management position at a regulated entity in the securities market, banks, insurance, or other financial institutions during the time their license was revoked due to violations. Additionally, three (3) years must have passed since the revocation.
7. At least one (1) year must have passed since any administrative liability arising from violations in the financial or securities markets.
8. Must not hold or have held any position within the company or its affiliated entities in the last three years.
9. Should not be an employee or official of any company having business relations with the company or its parent, subsidiary, or affiliate entities.
10. Must not have overdue debts or court-ordered obligations.
11. Must have completed corporate governance training.

1. Application for participation in the selection process.
2. Resume (complete the Civil Service Resume form and attach a 4x6 cm photo).
3. Work reference (if employed, provide a reference from the current organization; if unemployed, provide information about past work completed).
4. Copies of diplomas, certificates, and proof of participation in relevant training or seminars.
5. Copy of the corporate governance training certificate.
6. Copy of the national ID card.
7. Copy of the social insurance booklet.
8. Police clearance certificate.
