The Capital City’s owned Ulaanbaatar Investment Management UCC LLC was established with 100 percent investment from the Capital City in order to engage in the activity of development in Ulaanbaatar city and the investment sector, to increase its efficiency, to establish an investment fund, to create an initial source for such funds, and to engage ininvestment management.
We will Invest in social-economically efficient medium and long-term projects in line with the General plan of Ulaanbaatar city and raise funding from local and foreign institutional investors to the managing investment funds. We have established a proper internal control, risk management, and governance system in our operation.

I would like to extend my sincere greetings on behalf of my colleagues and myself to all investors, customers, foreign and domestic partners, public and private organizations, and citizens who provide invaluable support for Ulaanbaatar city's well-being and development.
For the purpose of contributing to social and economic development of the capital city, we have found "Capital city's development fund" and "Capital city's green fund" to provide sustainable and risk-free investment returns to our partners, and foreign and domestic investors, and to finance social and environmental efficiency projects.
Also, we have established a private-sector venture and implemented joint construction work along the Tuul and Selbe rivers under the public-private partnership, an integral part of Mongolian government policy.
